Maeghan Sulham is Chief Operating Officer, overseeing Business Operations, People & Culture, Marketing, and Communications. She leads enterprise initiatives that drive growth, operational excellence, organizational effectiveness, and market impact, helping the organization align strategy, execution, and culture to deliver results.
With experience spanning strategy, operations, talent, and transformation, Maeghan has built and scaled high-performing organizations across healthcare, technology, consulting, and professional services. She is known for bringing together people, processes, and technology to accelerate performance, strengthen culture, and support sustainable growth.
Prior to her current role, Maeghan served as Global Chief People Officer in professional services and previously held senior leadership positions at Risepoint and Deloitte Consulting, where she led large-scale organizational, talent, and business transformation initiatives.
Maeghan holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from American University and a Master of Public Administration from Suffolk University - Sawyer School of Management.
